Last updated 23 September 2026. Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This notice describes FW Staff.
Who we are
FW Hospitality Management Pte Ltd (UEN 201010174H) operates FW Staff, a closed staffing desk for the Singapore hotels it staffs. It is not a public job board. Data protection contact: booking@mluck.sg or +65 9638 8375.
What this desk holds
On this device: the role you pick, hotel names, vacancies (role, site, shift, rate band, headcount), staff display names, mobile numbers, opted-in flags, interest, and placements. This version has no password account and no NRIC or FIN field.
Why
To run Vacancy → Interest → Place for the hotels FW Hospitality staffs and the opted-in warm list, and to prepare WhatsApp notes you choose to send yourself.
Opted-in staff
Only people marked opted in can tap I’m available. Interest is blocked otherwise. To withdraw, contact Ops and ask to be marked not opted in.
WhatsApp
FW Staff does not call the WhatsApp Cloud API and does not send messages from our servers. Copy blast puts the blast on your clipboard so you can paste it into the M Luck Job Vacancies group in WhatsApp. A message you then send is handled by WhatsApp.
Phone numbers
Lists mask the middle digits. The full number is used only when you tap WhatsApp or call. The app does not publish a public roster.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. This version keeps the desk on your device. A hosted desk later would be limited to FW Hospitality Management Pte Ltd ops and the hotels in this closed network.
Access and correction
Email booking@mluck.sg or call +65 9638 8375 to access or correct your name, mobile, opted-in flag, or interest. We aim to reply 09:00–22:00 SGT.
Retention
Records stay on this device until app storage is cleared. Ask Ops if a warm-list entry needs to be removed from hotel copies of the desk.
Children
FW Staff is a workplace tool for hotel staffing. It is not directed at children.
