Who runs FW Staff
FW Staff is operated by FW Hospitality Management Pte Ltd (UEN 201010174H), a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). By using FW Staff you agree to these terms.

What FW Staff is
FW Staff is a closed workplace tool for hotel staffing. Ops posts a vacancy, opted-in staff tap I’m available, and Ops places one person. It is not a public job board and does not guarantee any shift, placement or number of hours.
Who may use it
FW Hospitality ops staff and people Ops has added to the opted-in warm list. You must be old enough to work in Singapore and you must not use FW Staff on behalf of a child.

Shifts, pay and employment
A vacancy shows the hotel, site, shift and rate band set by Ops. A placement is confirmed only when Ops places you. Pay is handled outside the app.

WhatsApp
Vacancy blasts are copied by you and pasted into the M Luck Job Vacancies WhatsApp group. FW Staff does not send WhatsApp messages for you. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.
Your data
How we handle names, mobile numbers, interest and placements is set out in the FW Staff Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not post false vacancies, share other people’s numbers outside the desk, use someone else’s invite, or try to break or misuse the app.
Availability and changes
This version keeps the desk on your device and may change or be withdrawn. We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page.
Liability
FW Staff is provided as it is.
